Hitch Warehouse Warranty and Guarantee

Hitch Warehouse provides a 15 day in-house warranty for all products and accessories we carry.

After the 15 day period, all warranty issues must be directed to the manufacturer of the product.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All returns require the original bill of receipt and must include all of the original hitch/hitch accessory parts. Exchanges can be made within 10 days of the original purchase date.


Special Orders

We can special order products for you if you provide us with the applicable information for the special order. Special orders usually take two to four weeks to come in.
