All hitches by Draw-Tite or Hidden Hitch include warranty coverage.




DRAW-TITE'S LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES SOLELY TO THOSE PRODUCTS (THE "PRODUCTS") MANUFACTURED BY DRAW-TITE. PRODUCTS SOLD BUT NOT MANUFACTURED BY DRAW-TITE WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND ARE NOT WARRANTED FOR ANY PURPOSE BY DRAW-TITE.

1. Warranty and Warranty Period. Draw-Tite warrants to the original Purchaser/Consumer of Draw-Tite's Products that Draw-Tite will provide free of charge the replacement of any Products which are defective in material or workmanship (the "Warranty"). This Warranty applies only to the Purchaser/ Consumer of the Products for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase at retail of the Products. Defective Products returned to Draw-Tite become property of Draw-Tite.
    
   
2. Limitations on the Warranty. The following limitations apply to the Warranty:
    
   
   1. The Warranty applies only to Products which are defective in material or workmanship. This Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The Warranty does not cover service or labor charges which are incurred in removing or replacing any Products.
      
      
   2. The Warranty does not cover the finish placed on Products by Draw-Tite. Accordingly, Draw-Tite will not replace, repair or refinish any Products if the finish on the Product is worn in any manner.
      
      
   3. The Warranty does not extend to Products which are damaged or which fail as a result of the Product being abused, neglected, or misused in any manner, or as a result of any accident, or which are misapplied, overloaded, improperly installed, or altered in any manner by anyone other than Draw-Tite.
      
      
3. Obligations of Purchaser/Consumer. To obtain the benefits of the Warranty, the Purchaser/Consumer must complete the following steps:
   
   
   1. The Purchaser/Consumer must present the defective Product(s) together with proof of purchase within a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase to any of Draw-Tite's branches or its factory or to any authorized Draw-Tite dealer listed in local directories.
      
      
   2. The Purchaser/Consumer must pay all handling, transportation, and shipping charges incurred for the return of the defective Products to Draw-Tite and for delivery of the replacement Products by Draw-Tite to the Purchaser/Consumer.
      
      
4. Obligations of Draw-Tite. Subject to the terms and limitations set forth in this document, Draw-Tite will provide replacement Products to the original Purchaser/Consumer free of charge.
   
   
5. Legal Rights and Limitations of Purchaser/Consumer. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU ALSO MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
   
   ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY DRAW-TITE PRODUCT SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AT RETAIL TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
   
   DRAW-TITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE LOSS OF THE USE OF ANY VEHICLE, LOSS OF TIME, RENTAL OF VEHICLES, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, EXPENSES SUCH AS GASOLINE, TELEPHONE, LODGING, OR TOWING, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR OWNERSHIP OF ANY PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION SET FORTH BELOW MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT IN THE MANNER PROVIDED ABOVE SHALL CONSTITUTE FULFILLMENT OF ALL LIABILITIES OF DRAW-TITE TO THE PURCHASER/CONSUMER WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE.

DRAW-TITE'S LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES SOLELY TO THOSE TRAILER HITCHES AND RECEIVERS, TRAILER HITCH BALLS, BALL MOUNTS, DRAWBARS AND TOW BARS (THE "PRODUCTS") MANUFACTURED BY DRAW-TITE. PRODUCTS SOLD BUT NOT MANUFACTURED BY DRAW-TITE WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND ARE NOT WARRANTED FOR ANY PURPOSE BY DRAW-TITE.

REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT IN THE MANNER PROVIDED ABOVE SHALL CONSTITUTE FULFILLMENT OF ALL LIABILITIES OF DRAW-TITE TO THE PURCHASER/CONSUMER WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE.

HIDDEN HITCH INTERNATIONAL LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY APPLIES SOLELY TO THOSE HIDDEN HITCH TRAILER HITCHES, RECEIVERS, BALL MOUNTS, DRAWBARS, TOW BARS, HITCH BALLS, HITCH PINS AND CLIPS MANUFACTURED BY HIDDEN HITCH INTERNATIONAL (the "PRODUCTS" or individually the "PRODUCT").

TOWING PRODUCTS SOLD BUT NOT MANUFACTURED BY HIDDEN HITCH INTERNATIONAL WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY ONLY AND ARE NOT WARRANTED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE BY HIDDEN HITCH INTERNATIONAL.

1. WARRANTY AND WARRANTY PERIOD. Hidden Hitch International warrants to the original Consumer/Purchaser (the "Consumer") of a Product that Hidden Hitch International will replace free of charge any Product which is defective in material or workmanship (the Warranty). Replacement of the Product in the manner provided in this Warranty shall constitute fulfillment of all liabilities of Hidden Hitch International to the Consumer based on contract or otherwise. Defective Products returned to Hidden Hitch International become property of Hidden Hitch International.
    
   
2. LIMITATIONS OF THE WARRANTY. The following limitations apply to the Warranty:
    
   
   1. The Warranty applies only to the original Consumer of the Product for so long as the original Consumer owns the vehicle on which the Product is installed. This Warranty may not be transferred to any other individual or legal entity.
      
      
   2. The Warranty applies only to Product which are defective in material or workmanship. The Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
      
      
   3. The Warranty does not cover service or labor charges which are incurred, including service and labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any Products, or costs incurred in returning the defective Product to Hidden Hitch International.
      
      
   4. The Warranty does not cover the finish placed on the Products by Hidden Hitch International. Therefore, this Warranty is not applicable to the finish on any Products and accordingly, Hidden Hitch International will not replace, repair or refinish any Products because the finish on the Product is worn in any manner.
      
      
   5. The Warranty does not extend to Products which are damaged or which fail: (i) as a result of the Products being neglected, abused or misused in any manner; (ii) as a result of any accident; (iii) as a result of a Product being misapplied, overloaded or improperly installed [including failure to install the Product in accordance with installation instructions which accompany the Product when purchased]; or (iv) as a result of a Product being altered in any manner by anyone other than Hidden Hitch International.
      
      
3. WARRANTY PROCEDURE: To obtain the benefits of the Warranty, the Consumer must present the defective Product(s) together with the properly completed proof of purchase which accompanies this Warranty to Hidden Hitch International's distribution centers or its factory. Subject to the Terms and limitations set forth in this Warranty, Hidden Hitch International will provide a replacement Product to the original Consumer free of charge. Should there be a warranty claim, simply call 800-461-5595 toll free, U.S. and Canada. A return authorization will be issued only if you are registered. The original retail purchaser must return the product to the company, freight prepaid.
   
   
4. OTHER TERMS:
   
   
   1. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have different rights which vary from state/province to state/province according to applicable legislation.
      
      
   2. This Warranty constitutes the entire express warranty given by Hidden Hitch International in respect to the Product. There is no other express or implied warranty or condition (including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) except as set out herein. Hidden Hitch International does not authorize any person to create for it any other condition or liability in connection with the Products. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
      
      
   3. Hidden Hitch International shall not be liable or assume responsibility for the loss of use of any vehicle, loss or time, rental or vehicle, loss or damage to personal property, expenses such as gasoline, telephone, lodging, meals or other consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, or for any reasonable delay in performance under this Warranty, of the Product. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
