The Patriot 18K Slider is our rail-mounted, 5th wheel hitch with 12" of slide for maneuvering a short-bed truck.

Automatic latching in both directions of slide.
Fully articulating head allowing front to back and side to side pivoting.
Three vertical adjustments from 17" to 19"
Easy to Reach, Cam Action Handle means easy release even when parked on unlevel sites
