This Lippert 7,000 lb straight trailer axle is a complete, heavy-duty replacement axle assembly designed for equipment trailers, flatdeck trailers, utility trailers and other high-capacity applications.
The axle features a 95-inch hub-face measurement and 78-inch spring-centre spacing. It comes equipped with electric brake hub-and-drum assemblies, an 8 on 6.5-inch wheel bolt pattern and heavy-duty 9/16-inch wheel studs.
Slipper-style leaf springs are included, making this axle suitable for trailers using a slipper-spring suspension system. Lippert’s Super Lube spindle system allows grease to be delivered directly through the end of the spindle for easier bearing maintenance without removing the hubs during routine servicing.

The 7,000 lb rating applies to the axle assembly. The trailer’s usable capacity is also limited by the ratings of its tires, wheels, springs, frame, coupler and other suspension components.
Hitch Warehouse Tip
Measure the existing axle from the face of one hub to the face of the opposite hub, and from the centre of one spring to the centre of the opposite spring. Both measurements should match before installation.
